In our opinion, the smaller the dog, the funnier this costume is. Imagine a tiny chihuahua shark terrorizing the trick-or-treaters with kisses.
The surfer costume doesn’t take long to throw together, either. Just wear a rash guard, board shorts and flip-flops, and cut out the shape of a broken surfboard out of cardboard or foamboard.
Paint it and add a stripe down the middle to complete the look.
