Dogs are known for their quirks, but one Labrador took it a step further by developing a habit of swiping laundry. Shirts, socks, underpants—it all ended up in his mouth. Instead of scolding him, the owner made a new house rule: if you steal it, you wear it.
That playful approach soon turned into a TikTok series where the pup models each stolen item. Viewers quickly latched onto the deadpan humor, especially the way the dog calmly sits while being dressed in whatever he snatched.
A One-Dog Fashion Show
The fashion parade starts with a beige bra dangling from the dog’s mouth. His owner slips it over the front legs, loops the straps across his back, and the Labrador sits there patiently, wearing it as if this were all part of the plan. He doesn’t fidget or shake it off, almost like he already knows the price of stealing.
Next comes a single sock—white with turquoise branding—that he snatches before being caught mid-scheme. He’s frozen at the top of the stairs, eyes wide, sock clenched like evidence. A moment later, the scene jumps to him wearing not one but two socks, each snugly covering a front paw, and he stays put as though the punishment has been accepted.
The wardrobe grows when he nabs a thick, pink headband, the sort people wear for skincare. He trots away but gets intercepted, and soon the band is perched neatly around his head. With ears sticking out on either side, he sits for the camera as if striking a pose.
Then it’s purple underpants, which he proudly parades around with dangling from his mouth. The owner follows the rule, sliding them over his back legs so the waistband circles his tail. From behind, the pup shuffles down the hall, tail poking through as if he’s on a runway.
Slippers are next—off-white with little martini glass embroidery. This time the props become shoes, one slipped onto each paw, while he stretches out on the floor as though posing for a catalog.
And finally, the grand finale: men’s checkered briefs. His owner tugs them up around the waist, and the Labrador struts off. From the back view, he almost looks smug, as though he knows this is the boldest look of the collection.
Why Dogs Steal Clothes in the First Place

As funny as it looks on TikTok, there’s a reason many dogs grab socks and laundry. For some, it’s the scent — clothes smell like their favorite person, which makes them irresistible comfort items. For others, it’s pure attention-seeking or playful mischief. Labradors in particular are known for being mouthy retrievers, so swiping and carrying things is just second nature.
