You Need to See the Adorable Dogs That Made This Pet Store a Viral Star
In downtown Cincinnati, a neighborhood pet store has gained a steady stream of attention—and it’s not because of a sale or a celebrity visit. The dogs in the area have turned Pet Wants Cincy into an unintentional viral sensation. They frequently stop outside the shop even when it’s closed.
Dogs Wait Outside
Pet Wants Cincy shared a series of TikTok videos showing dogs pausing at the store’s front door, as if expecting to be let in. What’s surprising is that no one is handing out treats or calling them over, but the dogs simply rush to stop on their own. Many appear mid-walk with their owners and pull them toward the familiar storefront.
In one clip, a dog stands in front of the location while its owner patiently explains, “They’re not open, bubba.” In another, the owner says, “We can’t even go in if I wanted to; they are closed.” Visibly disappointed, eventually the furry creatures move on at their owners’ insistence.

These videos are probably gaining so much attention because of how many different dogs show up in them. It’s not just a couple of regulars, but dozens, maybe more, that seem to treat the shop like a normal part of their route.
However, the question most people keep asking is why the dogs care so much in the first place. Pet Wants Cincy is known for offering natural pet food and products, many made in small batches with a focus on quality ingredients. Their offerings include house-made treats and pet-friendly snacks, which may explain the dogs’ attachment to the place.
